Hard to say, it’s very possible, but she was symptomatic Thursday so she likely got it late last week.
But I think the key is due to privacy laws she’s the one who could disclose her own personal status. Also, she worked in PR in NYC before working for Trump and the leak was made to Bloomberg - probably to someone there she trusted from a few years back.
