Whatever that thing is on his neck doesn’t look like an oxygen tube. It looks more like a wrinkle that got missed when he doused himself with spray tan.
And the thing up his back cannot be an oxygen tube; it wouldn’t make a lump that yuge. It could be a bullet-proof vest.

I wouldn’t rely on the Pulse ox in phones or Apple Watch. They are not super accurate. Get a finger tip one on Amazon for like $25 bucks which will be far more accurate as it allows the light to pass through the skin and not required to read reflection.
