Everyone reacts differently. Not all get pneumonia. Many get blood clots, others get heart issues.
And there are definitely cases of people dying within 1-3 days of testing positive.
For most it takes weeks and weeks, but not for everybody.

Not sure how I’d feel about Trump dying. There’d be an initial feeling of catharsis that comes with such a terrible man dying. The whole cult crying like North Koreans for Kim Jong-Il is gonna be a sight to see.
But it’s not like the problems that exist today die with him.
