Yeah this is heading towards violent confrontations I fear. Something like Texas going blue will just be more evidence of “obvious” riggage.
Legislatures usually have no post election day role. Half of them don’t even meet in November. The Republicans will have the 100% normal option of doing nothing and they wouldn’t get in trouble for it unless Fox pushes them to do it.
