If Joe calls, he loses. Trump flips the table, laughs at him, says it was a joke and Biden’s his little bitch. Trump gets to be the alpha school yard bully who tricked the beta nerd into doing whatever bullshit was demanded of him.
Just as likely the terms of the drug test are that Jared is in charge of it and no one other than him ever has access to the results which will be revealed in a prime time special.

The narrative that Joe is a demented and befuddled has blown up in Trump’s face after Joe’s DNC speech. Now he has to pitch this complicated storyline that Joe is demented but on occasion can perform well because of some magical drugs. Ben Garrison will buy it, but most low-info people are going to be confused when Joe massively overperforms expectations

It’s pretty funny to watch him to try maintain the storyline. To be fair, more than a few people on this forum had bought into it pretty hard as well.
I really don’t get the drug test angle at all. It seems like a near lock Trump fails any such test. So I guess he is assuming he can rig it or more likely it will never happen I suppose so he is free rolling the accusations
