In matters like these what’s real isn’t what’s important. Perception matters. If there’s a way to only undermine the economics prize and the peace prize (that recently went to a pretty drone happy president and someone who promptly did a 180 and began genociding) I’m good with that as well… but I don’t particularly value the institution of the Nobel Prize very highly when they’ve done such a poor job of handing out awards to deserving people.
The Nobel Peace Prize died well before Obama.
Henry Kissinger got one in 1973.
