We were in western Virginia for the weekend. While it was 3:1 Trump signs the total Trump signs weren’t that common and assume based on central PA in 2016 that we would have seen precisely 0 or 1 Biden signs. 6 confederate flags I think.
Lynchburg was surprisingly normal. Clearly saw several mixed race couples/families and same sex couple as well. No one hassling anyone. Definitely did not got the intolerant conservative church vibe. Pretty good with masks but not as good as the Philly burbs. Way too many people eating indoors but we found some very good outdoor setups. Chick-Fil-A near the hotel was insanely busy.
Of course we weren’t in any local holes in the wall.
Would rate the local scenery as good to very good (oink oink).
So what’s going around on Facebook that my old lady neighbor is going to sit out the election because she doesn’t like Trump but Biden is a Marxist. How the fuck do you get the Biden is a Marxist?
All Dems are Marxists. It’s just a word they throw around without understanding the meaning.
