Nope, never happened — not even the same day. The schedules have never really overlapped that much until recently.
Closest was in 1968, there were game 7s in consecutive days at the Spectrum. The Philly teams lost them both.

Game 7 overtime. Gotta love it.
Zibanejad has been the Rangers most dynamic player but these OTs often deliver a surprise hero. I could see one of Kakko or Lafreniere winning it for the Rangers, but it looks like Gallant is going to ride the big names. Maybe Panarin can dink an OT winner, he’s been awful for much of the game. Redemption goal!
