So what got Tyreek ripped from his car, cuffed face down in the ground, then later tackled again down by his neck, was a “visual estimation” that he was going 60 mph? Yikes. Also love the moto cop going 70 and weaving between cars to chase him down.
It wasn’t so much the speeding that got him, but the refusing to obey every word the cop said. Cops are mostly ambivalent to actual law breaking. It’s the daring to question to their absolute authority that really gets their blood boiling.

If you count the cars the cop has to pass to get to Hill, Hill passed all those in 8 seconds or so. And it was coned off area. He was definitely driving stupidly.
