Raiders need to hire a full-time head coach, immediately fire him, and go with an interim coach. They seem to do a great job with interim coaches, but can’t hire a decent full-time coach at all.

They should have a guest head coach every week. Then they can just hire the GM as head coach before the team realizes that they rigged the outcome in his favor. Then they can hire Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings as co-head coaches before firing Blossom one year later.
