Got to agree. Jets need to move on / call his bluff. Nobody else is trying to get him, even the packers don’t want him.
It’s because their qb has always been awful. But clearly not ever having good receivers has been a part of that dynamic.
It’s really impressive how long they have been passing game inept. Literally from inception until today.

Not to nitpick because yeah its pretty terrible but doing it by receiving yards purposefully omits Brandon Marshall, who had an all-pro season with the bears in 2012 putting up 118/1508/11 and pro bowl in 2013 with 100/1295/12. He was only there for 3 years and had ~3500 yards so probably would be #11 on that list

Justin Jefferson would be 2nd on that Bears list after 3 years in the league. Vikings haven’t had amazing, consistent QB play but damn have they had some great WRs. Carter, Moss, JJ, Diggs although he didn’t explode until Buffalo. Some others with real nice 2-4 year stretches like Anthony Carter, Jake Reed, Thielen

this page had people rank best bears QB of all time a few years ago and who got first place was a guy who played in the 40’s
I think cutler was better but this is a really sad argument to have and at worst that guy is top 3 on anyone’s list. The forties.
The bears list of offense greats is really f’ing sad.
and Dennis Gentry in tecmo bowl was better than Gault was.
