Was browsing some team schedules and saw that the dolphins and patriots play the last week of the season. Imagine 15-0 going against 0-15.
Also the patriots play the redskins this week but the real news is the redskins face off vs the dolphins next week.
Tried to get someone to bet me this week that the fins would lose. Almost got it done.

I mean, Iâm old enough to remember the Forrest Gregg/Sam Wyche yearsâŚand then the absolute fall from glory afterward. itâs like a knife in my back for each ridiculous coaching decision they made until Marvin LewisâŚthen Marvin was death by a thousand cuts because I really thought we were gonna be champions.

The turning point was Paul Brown dying. (1991) The fish rots from the head. Just like Al and Mark Davis in Oakland.

The main thing was that Lewis took some control of personnel decisions away from Mike Brown.
I always felt like one key turning point was the loss of Max Montoya in Plan B free agency. It mirrors how I feel like an under-appreciated hit to the Bengals in their current run was the loss of Andrew Whitworth. That was the point when I thought they were committing themselves to a path where they will have to rebuild before they become playoff contenders again.
