They arent good but they did pretty well in the second half this afternoon, though to be fair, TN switched to a much more pass based game.
So yes, if Monstert is half as good as today the run game will put up 21.
By the way if KC is a favorite, hammer the Niners. Their defense is legit, and their run game is incredible.
