One of dlk9s jr’s best-ever lines was still one I didn’t even hear. My wife took the kids to lunch with a neighbor/friend mom and her kids. Their dad is a Trumper and has influenced the kids (we aren’t friends anymore because the kid dlk9s jr’s age became a dick, go figure).
We had a Jon Ossoff sign in our yard - I believe this was when he ran against Karen Handel, so my son would’ve been 8. The Trumper kid saw the sign and said, “Ew, you like Jon Ossoff.”
dlk9s jr: “Yeah, well Trump wears a pin that says ‘I 
Trucks.’”

I’m not knowledgeable about the details, but a design patent ought to stop people from blatantly copying your UI the way Truth Social does.
Maybe they can compare notes, I hear Jesus wasn’t a big fan of the Roman administration either.

I think trade dress and then copyright would be their best options. Probably wouldn’t win, but could force them to spend a few million. In any event, they are probably violating open source licenses.

The tweet mentioned it will be appealed, so that seems likely. However, you thinking 21 days is an interesting timeline is problematic.
What I have seen is they will appeal but unless they get a stay first that deadline will come.
So obviously they will acquire an unlikely stay pending appeal and then a successful appeal!
