Yes, but they might have a path to no charges even after the raid, but I think they might actually be doing enough dumb shit after the raid where Trump gets charged solely because Merrick Garlandâs calculation is that a trial harms the institution of the DoJ less than no trial when he wasnât necessarily of that mind a day after the boxes were seized.
