The more skeptical of Garland to hold people accountable, the higher the confidence level should be that this wasn’t some wild goose chase to find out what random piece of paper was flushed down a toilet. The less one thinks of Garland, the more convinced they should be that this has to be something huge in order for him to take such action. Unless you think this is some block bet he’s making looking to fold to a raise

Because that would be ridiculous. You have to convince a judge that there is reason to believe a crime has taken place, is about to take place, or is in the process of taking place. If you’re questioning whether Garland has the balls to go after J6 and other mportant stuff, do you really think he’s going to put his nuts in a vice over something much more trivial?

The whole thing is super fucking weird. He’s flushing documents (lol documents) but holds on to some stuff he could easily torch why exactly? Months after he knows he’s under investigation? Even for Trump I can’t think of any scenario where this makes any sense.
