So it seems this specific âsignificant riskâ in this civil investigation is that he might get sued, and the article mentions the likelihood that if that happens there will be a settlement. Whoopee. It also says if he âslipsâ up in his deposition the criminal investigation could awaken again (LOL, lmâŚLMAO)
