Harris would get smoked I think. It will take a special talent to be a black woman that can overcome all that bias. I can’t see Harris doing that. She only seems impressive when she’s acting like a prosecutor and that plays right into the hands of deplorables that will want her to be perceived as “uppity”.

Harris is a niche offering. They tried to take her national to less than enthusiastic response. Even H Clinton seems to generate a lot more trust and loyalty among supporters.
Abrams or Michelle would be my pick if constrained to black women. Both would clearly out perform her (and it’s nothing to do with racial dynamics)
