The Swalwell lawsuit is not going anywhere, even if they actually do enforce their subpoenas —which would be astonishing. Some third-tier Trump flunky going to jail is like a top 5% outcome of that.
at any moment he can have a ghost writer publish a conservative talking point, and claim he’s being cancelled over politics. that would give him enough cover to win some rulings in court from friendly judges.
