She had a near miss, IMO. She could have said we go high means shouting down hatred, going high means taking the streets, going high means demanding a better country with equality for ALL. Going high means kicking this thug who appeals to the lowest common denominator out of the White House. When they go low, we donât just speak in high-minded platitudes, we fight for what is right.
She kind of nodded in that direction but kept it very very establishment-friendly.
Trumpâs going to lose his shit at this. Not at the content or message of Michelleâs speech, but at the inevitable positive reviews it gets. I got him toilet tweeting at 4:45am tomorrow.
