hmm, a former prominent congressman who talks to Kasichā¦my moneyās on my old pot-growing, chain-smoking, bourbon-drinking, hometown speaker of the house, John Boehner.
He is the one who gave me my Air Force Academy nomination. I think he was in his 2nd term at that point? Even back then, he had the āslimy politicianā vibe, but Iāll give credit where itās due, he treated his academy nominees well. Had nice receptions for us on winter break, always willing to write letters of recommendation, always kept in touch. I wonder if heād remember me now.
Maybe sampling his product has mellowed him out.

Whitman pictured here frisking a black 16 y/o while she was governor of NJ. She went on a ride along with cops, who stopped and frisked this kid and let the governor get some feels in for a campaign photo. They found nothing illegal during the search.

Yeah Meg Whitman is the speaker that irritated me the absolute most. Iām honesty probably not going to watch this to avoid emotional EV of watching Meg Whitman speak for 60+ seconds at the convention while AOC gets literally one minute.
These people are terrified of voters hearing AOC. And when I say āthese peopleā I mean the entire establishment. Iām getting really tired of these old people getting to decide who gets the really big megaphone.
The only redeeming thing about this moment is that sheās insanely young and has 30+ years to make her mark. At least thatās what I keep reminding myself.
