Can NFTs work without crypto, or is that crypto an integral part of the blockchain verification or w/e?
If that ever became worth anything it will be pulled from OS. Also the fact it lacks an actual license makes it worthless in general.

Topshot can be bought with Fiat.
Topshot doesn’t use crypto in the sense that you can buy/sell and never own crypto once. Also Topshot is centralized so whether or not your moments are stored on the blockchain is kind of irrelevant.

Flow blockchain works based on usd. Topshot and several other minor shops use it. Downside is they’re trapped within that ecosystem. If opensea shut down today we could still trade ethereum nfts
