Probably right, and Caroline’s legal liability might be very different than someone like Sam who had a duty to FTX depositors. Like how do you defraud depositors if you don’t work at that company? Seems a lot harder case to make.
SBF famously didn’t trust people who read books, must have been absolutely terrified of Caroline’s father who has written a few himself.

I wouldn’t bet that ETH trades below 200 in a year but I would make that bet for five years - and we are obviously not making a bet that far out. I offered a one year bet on BTC, going higher or lower but no one seemed interested and I would probably still do that with ETH if you wanted to as I am short on it anyway, atm.
