Let the market decide, IMO.
Itās pretty hard to read some of these stories but suckers will always find a way to lose their money.
Even so, it speaks to the need to protect as many of them as possible from leaches that will try to drain them dry. There are tons of people that just unbelievable bad with money, but when I encounter them my instinct is to help them, not fleece them so I can get all their money. The takeaway here is that Not All Regulation Is Bad, a lesson that millions upon millions or spoiled brat Americans refuse to learn.
From the company that sells you shiny rocks for thousands of dollars ā¦ an even more dubious value proposition.

I figured Riverman would enjoy this. I just had a guy in my office wanting to file for bankruptcy. He balked at the fact I told him that he would have to disclose his coinbase/robinhood crypto holdings and that he would lose them if he filed a 7.
I told him that he could just sell his holdings and pay his debt but he didnāt want to sell the bottom so didnāt see that as a viable option

That reminds me of the time 9 year old me deliberately broke the ticket dispenser on the skeeball at Chuck E. Cheese and after I spun myself a couple hundred tickets off the huge roll some of the dads swarmed in and got theirs
