Itā€™s alt season. Probably a good time to get back in it

Reading that, do you get the feeling itā€™s mostly accurate or mostly inaccurate?

I didnā€™t put too much thought into it tbh. Iā€™m neutral on crypto - just thought the MC was high.

Which DEX should one join these days? Is it still a tradeoff between lower fees and wider availability of (new) coins?

Anyone trading Wojak?

I think dextools is the go to for the discord and has been for a while. There is also a button to go to uniswap within the dextools page which has slightly lower fees/slippage usually.

The fees are astronomical when compared to an exchange like Kucoin though. But the exchanges donā€™t have the true trash that is pumping right now.

For George, apologizing to me wasnā€™t the hardest part. Heā€™d persuaded his Chinese immigrant parents to refinance their mortgage and lend him $50,000 to invest in Bitcoin. He stored the funds on Celsius, a sort of crypto bank where they could accrue interest. The company collapsed into bankruptcy, and now the money was frozen, much of it likely lost. ā€œI said, ā€˜Iā€™m really sorry, Iā€™m deeply ashamed, and I will commit ritual seppuku if you demand it,ā€™ ā€ he says. They didnā€™t, but he said he plans to pay them back when he can.

they didnā€™t demand it because theyā€™re chinese, not japanese

Right my bad, to clarify thatā€™s why I was asking: I was wondering if a crypto-neutral ā€˜outsiderā€™ would read that and surmise that itā€™s not entirely accurate. The broad strokes are correct, but the numbers are exaggerated for more wow-factor. Nobody was fumbling around and got lucky turning $27 into $5M and the ā€˜lucky holderā€™ theyā€™re referring to is either a dev or in the dev inner circle.

Donā€™t get me wrong, people turned $27 into $10k but lol ainā€™t nobody getting a boner making about 350x on their investment lol.

This is why new ones are created every 30 seconds or so. Itā€™s supposed to be easy and easily accessible, thatā€™s the entire point. What heā€™s not showing you is how much the actual fees are to deploy the contract (this is testnet) nor what it takes for the token to capital-m Moon (assuming thatā€™s even the intention). We could tokenize the heart system here if we wanted (it would be a bad idea) and there shouldnā€™t be some insane barrier to entry for that if people actually believe crypto is the future.

Yeah especially in this instance when itā€™s just a 4chan scamcoin.
