No it doesn’t. Trump’s term ends at 11:59 AM on January 20th. As long as Biden is sworn in, nothing matters.

It really doesn’t matter if he agrees or not. We’re not a banana republic yet. It’s the same reason he had no bombshells to drop before the election. His attorneys would need to present some kind of evidence in a court of law of something.

It doesn’t though. It requires nothing on the part of the loser. We’re just used to that. On January 20th the law says President Biden is president. Absent the Supreme Court intervening before that (and I don’t see how that’s possible), Biden’s orders are then binding on the military and the other levers of power. And since I don’t see an actual coup taking place at that point, I am confident his orders are followed regardless of what trump tries. But I don’t think that matters anyway. I think once the EC votes Trump will continue to whine but he’s not getting dragged from the White House kicking and screaming.
