He’s also got a similar series of tweets from a few days ago about Georgia. Which begs the question of where he’s getting all this voter registration data from multiple states. And why he won’t share it.
It took me a while to decipher the point of this GA chart. But he’s literally saying “these last names are over-represented in the 2020 Georgia voter rolls compared to the 2010 US population as a whole, therefore fraud.”
The entire analysis is based on assuming a completely uniform geographic distribution of names. Imagine being so stupid that you can’t even conceive of a reason why these surnames might be more common in the state of Georgia (which is more than 30% black).

This is an interesting new strategy. Instead of challenging electors in Congress, Pence can just refuse to open certain envelopes and they those states electors just disappear.
It’s definitely photoshopped, nobody has touched a physical newspaper in 11 years.
