Seriously, there is no universe where Joe Biden wins the Dem nomination, 70 million Americans vote for Donald Trump and then AOC becomes President. We’re well beyond lucky to have her in Congress. Be thankful for that.

Hate to open a can of worms but AOC generates both love and hate- and given where I grew up in small town Michigan hate will strong. To them she’s Nancy and Hilary 2.0.
I hate the misogyny and racism of our country that will make her a hill too far for probably too many.
Yeah AOC needs to prove she can win the senate first before ever even think about running for pres. She needs to run for senate, gain popularity, and dems need to actually pass good bills that help people in that timeframe before she can think of running for president.
I think its possible, her talent can overcome the sexism, but it’ll take a lot of work. She needs to prove to those people she’s here to help and not just a big scary mean socialist who is going to put them in the gulag. Leading the charge on a bunch of good bills will do that.
The idea she can run in 2024 are silly imo, but maybe in like 12 years if things break right for dems she would crush.

yeah, Biden is going to get 10M more votes than Hillary got and its not because he is an awesome candidate. The woman version of Biden probably receives 2-3M less votes this year which would be enough to flip GA/AZ/WI red.
Like the shit hit on Hillary because she was legit awful in a lot of ways. The idea that Hillary was awesome and it was soley propaganda that made people hate her is ridiculous. It only stuck because she helped them. Yeah like her being a woman played a huge part of it for sure, it wouldn’t of happened to a man, but it also wouldn’t have happened if she was actually awesome either. Completely unfair standard, but doesn’t mean women can’t win. They just need to be way better, and AOC is.
