How different would the world be if Carter had won a 2nd term? Crazy to think about.
There’s ample proof of this all over this forum
I was looking for female politicians who managed to actually get elected. The actual examples you can swap out however you like.
I suspect it’s harder to get elected as a woman in Pakistan than it is to get elected as a woman in the US.
I was also looking for maximum variety and from living memory.
…but whichever ones you choose they were all highly politically skilled?
lol gtfo with this simplistic nonsense
Nicola Sturgeon
You can thank me later

That’s a much better example - she’s a consummate politician because no one is really sure of where she stands on very much at all, except independence.
and Alex Salmond
Shhhh
Well you know - there are many on the left who see her as an alternative pro-EU Tory party for Scotland, so she’s doing a great job of keeping everyone onside.
After independence I suspect you’ll see more of that side of her when the money starts running out and her survival instinct kicks in, sadly.
This in general is true, it’s also true that because she doesn’t actually try to govern like a tory in scotland she’s likable
Yeah, that makes sense. She’s like an old soft Tory of the 1945 to 1975 variety.

That’s what I was going to type…
Only the best people. When you look at the timeline w Andy Giuliani, things could be looking very positive for the legal all stars by Thursday.

Lol, the Ziyal reference is A+
I’ve always thought Hillary was most relatable/likable when she dropped the focusgroup-tailored performance art and just acted “normal”. One example of this was when she was testifying in front of Congress for 11 hours. There were a number of moments when she actually seemed relatable and not like an earlier model of the Zuckerburg cyborg.
