There is no precedent for faithless electors whose votes are determinitative of the outcome of the election changing their vote. Everyone relax.

Basically Trump is just temper tantrum screaming âFILE LAWSUITSâ so lawyers are filing whatever they can to appease him. They have no logical consistency or strategic value.
Im pretty confident that if we weight the fate of every single person of Cuban descent alive today versus the need to make up lost time on climate change itâs not close. There was no precedent for stonewalling federal judges for 6 years, or refusing to hold a hearing on a SCOTUS judge for a year, or a president tweeting out that the election is rigged and his henchmen suggesting faithless electors.
