You guys are crazy for not taking most of this week off I knew this was going to happen so have spent tuesday+ day drinking, doom/boomscrolling, and playing video games poorly.

Iām still placing sports bets because it doesnāt take any effort, but I havenāt checked a single result since Tuesday. I gave myself a mediocre performance review.

Iāve worked about an hour a day since June-ish. I guess 2 if you count meetings.
This is now my third job where Iāve worked from home full time and had very little to do. I quit the other two because of it. Main reason I favor cutting the work week over UBI. Iām fine with 4 hours of work/day. But no work is miserable.
(Yes I know people can still get jobs on UBI. But if you donāt have to, not sure if thereās enough impetus. Jobs suck. And job interviews are worse. Yes I know UBI could fundamentally change the nature of work and jobs will become fun and job interviews will be like Disneyworld. Donāt @ me.)

yeah but they keep posting bogus numbers and then changing them. Someone on their data entry team fat-fingering it or something. Iāve been burned too many times now and donāt trust them, stick with nytimes or cnn.

Is anyone else surprised we havenāt seen Trump make any appearances outside of Twitter since he has his failed dictator speech on election night? You would think he would have at least surfaced on AM radio or OANN or something.
You underestimate how much Trump is gonna jump the shark. No one likes to be associated with a loser.

PA SOS just indicated on Cnn that there are about 500,000 ballots left to be counted and most will be counted by end of today. I assume that is remaining absentee + provisionals.
