I checked against my county list and I’m not exactly sure where the latest batch is from, but possibly Lancaster County mail ins. I didn’t write down what they were at, but I think they’ve upped their reporting % from like 96% to 98%.

So a county trump won by 17 points is going 60/40 for Biden in mail-ins. Seems fine to me.

Btw what would happen if Biden suffers a stroke(and dies) till January. Do the electors still have to vote for Harris now or are they suddenly unbound because they could argue Biden isnt up for vote anymore. Or is it leader of the house moment come January 20th?
Per Nate Silver looks like one of those drops was from Bryan County, which Trump won in 2016 by 43 points. Biden winning by 15 in mail-in. Lol.

Lancaster 57-41 Trump 2020 so far, 57-37 in 2016.
Winning that by any margin is doing better than we need to. Breaking even there in mail-ins would be fine.
