Milwaukee has a chunk of votes outstanding that will drop in a perpetual 30 minutes. On top of that there are requested absentee ballots outstanding the rest of the state which lean democratic but not sure by how much. That margin potentially puts it in reach.
Just hard to know what is being updated and what is being held for Wisconsin attention whoring.
