It would be easy to hire an overseas company to load all numbers from an area code and send out the message. Plenty of software, you can probably find some that are open source and do it for next to nothing (just voip cost basically).

I just don’t see anyway where massive turnout is good for Trump when he’s pretty unpopular and has turned the olds against him, sorry. And if it is good for him then this country was always done anyway so you can feel fine about gtfo as soon as you can.
