This is about right, mainly because FIFA and IOC are worldwide in scope. Pound for pound the NCAA can hang with either easily though.
ncaa is only the mouthpiece of colleges. if people want to change the system they need to attack at that level.
NCAA is obviously horrible, but the NRA is considerably worse.
