Semi interesting wrinkle from France, a doctor’s Union took the government to court to try and get a full lockdown ordered. They refused, but have asked the government to review whether it should really allow markets to be open or let people go out for exercise. They also want more precision about how serious a health problem you can go out to get sorted.
They’re reviewing the measures here tomorrow and everything is trending to them bring extended (currently up to Apr 1st) and tightened. The first is an absolute lock. Personally I really fear not being able to take our 2 yr old outside at all, but Macron is unlikely to take my call.

It sucks because the school I work for doesn’t have an online teaching platform.
Basically, I’m assigning homework by email and collecting it that way too. Aside from writing assignments, I really can’t evaluate students either as any objective exam will lead to them cheating.
Congress should have been tested and sent to the secret alternative location 2 weeks ago.
It’s so weird though. You search Niagara Falls newspaper and it’s the first thing on google. So it can’t be like a complete hoax right? Maybe those papers are all owned by the same company so they got the scoop?

yeah definitely will do. It’s not until april 6th, they throw their parties on full moons. Since its in the desert a full moon comes in pretty handy. Maybe I’ll make a thread or something so others can join in if they want. These parties are actually pretty special to me, been going 10 years and its like a cool lil hippy/progressive community and many of them are my really good friends. Would be super cool if some people from UP and their friends joined in.

The Brits don’t consider curry British food despite claiming the land it came from theirs not too long ago.
Love kebab. Don’t love the sanitary conditions of those places during a pandemic though.

A German Donor Kebab shop shop opened here last year, its excellent food and great value… I got the Lamb though

This is getting really surreal now. We all knew this was coming but the vast majority of Americans didn’t. The huge wave of fatalities is going to start within a week and some really crazy outcomes are still on the table.

Ok tons places more are picking up the Weinstein story now. Maybe these local papers just mostly aggregate shit and run on autopilot. Probably all owned by the same vulture capitalist company.
I still think they’re all just parroting one story from a local paper though.
Seeing what Harvey looked like in court, I doubt he’s lasting long if he has coronavirus.
