It is so frustrating that good information is not being disseminated. These press conferences don’t give people useful information they can use to behave responsibly. I’m following this obsessively and still don’t really know that much about the disease, how it spreads, symptoms relative to other illnesses, etc. Every Trump press conference should start with “don’t go outside, stop gathering,” etc. This is an astonishing failure of leadership.

I tend to agree but I don’t think Donny realizes he is drawing live to millions of dead Americans if we stay on our current path.

He’s hardwired not to think of other people or the future. He is exclusively focused on himself right now. Mad that people are blaming him now. Mad that people aren’t praising him now. Period.

He was able to spin the death toll from hurricane Maria to about 2% of the actual total so we’ll need a sixth of the country to die before he acknowledges it as even being one million.
6000 new cases already today, 82 new deaths in USA #1. Today has a long way to go. We will be the world wide epicenter of this within a couple of days with it much worse than Italy.

Is there a reason they aren’t saving all old masks, leaving them sit 3-4 days for any potential virus to die and reusing? Not ideal but seems better than some of the other shit that is going on.
