You’ve piqued my interest. If that is smoked brisket and lightly toast those buns, I’m all-in!!!
I think if gyro is in, shawarma should be in.
A lot of people lump them together, but they are distinct. Shawarma crushes gyro, AINEC.
I guess if someone wants to stan for doner kebab for similar reasons, I’m good with it.
