Not great. I ate early and then was starving before bed so I made a garlic pizza and went halves with my bf.
I’ve been struggling with hunger. I think upping my protein and vegetable consumption might help. Next time I go out shopping I’ll buy a few chickens and chop them up for cooking and freezing. My garden doesn’t have that much production atm, partly due to the time of year and partly due to my slackness.
I am starting to feel a lot better. Showering is now a lovely experience that I enjoy instead of dreading. I am going to have a bit of a think and try to get an exercise regime going. Not sure how I will approach it yet but will work something out. I want it to be a habit not a tedious chore.
Yeah, making exercise a habit helps a lot. Esp if you can walk or run while listening to podcasts or music.
Agreed. I used to do yoga regularly which may not have been a vigorous exercise regime but it kept me really flexible which still is important. I’m thinking of just exercising everyday for a minimum 15 minutes to start with and just make it a habit like brushing my teeth.
Yoga is legit exercise imo. I’m sure there is tons of variance, but a half hour of yoga can crush me.
Agree bigly on getting moving though. Keeping calories out of the mouth hole is certainly the best way to make the scale wind backwards, but exercise keeps you alive and well long time.
Totally true. I want to have a semblance of fitness as well as weight loss. If you don’t use it you lose it.

Makes sense because I went over a few days.
This is a ridiculously slow weight loss. I need to fasten things up.
Hey. I hope you don’t mind, but I took a look at the numbers and fwiw, it looks like you’re taking in an average of 1780 kcal/day while your weight loss is in line with an average deficit of ~170 kcal/day. If you’d met your calorie goals exactly, the apparent deficit would have been 250 kcal/day and you’d have lost 4.8 Kg over the 21 weeks. All this ignores exercise.
I’m guessing the results are different from what you’d hoped for but you’ve made progress and established a good process. It sucks that it’s so hard but overall you’re doing well!
Thanks for running the figures. I’m going to drop to 1610 so hopefully I see better results. I’m still pleased it’s going down rather than up!
That one calorie cost you a like!
I know! I thought about changing my apple to 0.8 but that would be cheating.
Whoa. Really going for it!
