No real surprise as I had 2 bad days. Going harder this week, would love to get out of the 20s.

Thanks Swanky. Just going to keep at it, slowly but surely. No use being really hard on myself because then I just want to drop my head and give up totally.
I have to admit I cheat a bit with my weight. Because I weigh myself every day, and the fluctuations are quite dramatic, I just count the lowest weight as the accurate one for the week. So at the moment I count myself as at 240lbs which I logged Wednesday. Thursday and Friday were both a bit heavier but for some strange psychological reason I find it much easier to stick to the program if I just count 240 as my base weight. The next time it dips under 240 I will then count that as my base weight.
It makes no sense but it makes me feel better about myself, and stops me getting disheartened like I used to when my weekly weigh-day wasn’t as low as it had been midweek
That’s not a bad idea from a psychological perspective but I am hopeless at remembering to weigh myself. It’s only due to logging here that I make sure I put my weight in every Friday!
Back to being automatic!

Very disappointing after such a strong week. Hopefully it was just the soy sauce I enjoyed last night tipping the scales today. I’ll give it another week before I start panicking.
