Feel good about this week. Snuck a look at the scale today and if it stays that low for my Friday weigh in Iāll be very happy.
Thanks Johnny. I just seem to WIM atm and on my really low days Iām doing what @jmakin recommended and just having a small amount of nuts during the day and then eating at night. From memory I think you may have also recommended intermittent fasting at the old forum Johnny. Obviously I am a bit slow to catch on
Not everyday. I find it hard on workdays because I donāt finish until 8.30 some nights and then by the time I cook dinner it is such a long time to fast. I tend to just do it a couple of times a week and thatās how I get the really low calorie days in. Iāve only just started doing it but it seems to be working and I donāt go over on the days following. So all good atm.
In my very limited experience nuts are great. They do have fairly high calories, but a few can feel very filling.
Yeah I donāt have many and they do keep me satiated.

Well it was a bad day but I 100% know it would have been a lot worse if I wasnāt counting/logging. So everything has an upside.
Heaps better. I try to work through things and not let them fester. Obviously it doesnāt always work but itās good to try. Thanks for asking
