Resilient Rexx Keeps On Keeping On

I went over but I didn’t eat all of the food I wanted to so at least it was somewhat contained. Plus I was drinking.

Thanks. I don’t feel like I deserve any praise due to my lack of success. I’m really going to try and turn things around! I suck so much lol

I’m making a real effort to keep my saturated fat down while still eating the good fats for my good cholesterol. Small serving of avocado and walnuts everyday has been my go to. Im actually excited to go get tested again to see if I have made any improvements.

I had my idea of takeaway last night. A curry I had cooked previously and then frozen in portions. I haven’t had this curry in over a month due to saturated fat levels but I do have more portions in the freezer which will get eaten.

On the plus side I have learnt a couple of curries which are way lower in saturated fats, that I can still freeze and occasionally have a night off cooking.

Curry is usually pretty low in fat, I think. Unless you’re making something with cream like tikka masala.

Or something with coconut cream/milk.

Yeah, but the good news is that there are plenty of great Indian curries you can make without the cream or coconut milk.

Agreed. Tomato based is the way to go.

Do you think I should be posting my actual food logs instead of just the summary?

Close enough. Good job! I’m gonna give you the like this time. Even an exclamation point, and those are kind of painful for me to type.
