Struggling to keep my calories down. Haven’t been sleeping well and not feeling the best. Went to the doctor today and my blood pressure is high and she advised I get some bloodwork done and get an overall look at what’s happening with my body. I’m seeing a new doctor as my regular one is only doing phone consults. I like her and find her easy to talk to. More to come when I get the results.
