Craving rubbish food. I think it’s related to the time of my cycle. I shouldn’t allow myself near stores at certain times of the month, my willpower goes out the window.

In terms of the cravings I wish I had some helpful advice, but I have the incredible privilege of being male and therefore not having to deal with hormonal fluctuations. It can’t be easy.
Maybe something like prepping food in advance of the most challenging week each month so you have easy access at home to tasty but healthier food would help, but to be honest there is no way I could see myself doing that once a month so its probably not a helpful suggestion.

Is there a way you can increase your physical activity, so any bad days with the caloric intake has a mitigating force? I know that helps me, is all.
I do need and want to do more exercise but I don’t want to link extra exercise with extra food as I don’t think that would work for me. I’m glad it’s working for you.
I had a bit of a scary day yesterday as my bf had bought a blood pressure monitor and my readings were 190/110 then 180/120. I then went to the chemist to get tested there and it was 196/106. They recommended I see my doctor asap. I then went to my doctor and it was 146/100 and 136/90 so it w was all a little bizarre. Obviously my machine could be a lemon but it has scared me enough that I am going to go hard at the weight loss and get an exercise regime in place.
The battery has run out on my scales so no update until I buy a new one.
