123.5 I didn’t lose any weight and I had what I thought was a good week. I’m going to drop to 1700 calories.

Ok my poll had a majority of people voting for 3 days exercise pw so I will make that my minimum. I’m weighing in every Friday so I’ll make my exercise week Fri-Thurs, which means I need to get some in very promptly!

It’s so cold here atm that it’s hard to get motivated going for walks, thankfully my dog doesn’t care what the weather is he still wants his walk so I’m committed to at least 30 minutes everyday regardless of the weather. Yay for doggies!

123 which is 0.5kg loss which is better than nothing. Wasn’t perfect at hitting my goals but had several days in the 1700s so that is an improvement. Only did 15 min of yoga which was disappointing. My knee went out towards the end of the yoga session and I was a bit scared to put pressure on it. It still hurts now unfortunately. I’ve got a couple of workouts which are mainly standing and don’t use the knees so much so I will incorporate them and see how I go. My short term goal is to hit 117 as that’s in the 250s pounds wise and is only 6kg away so hopefully shouldn’t take too long. To do this I need to not go over 1700 and get some exercise in to help improve my sleep and mental health.

I’m going to buy a new scale as I melted my last one last year and have been using the old fashioned type.

I bought some chicken breast and baked some up last night so will incorporate it into my lunches the next few days with either salad or veg. It should pump up my protein nicely.

No. I compromised with my bf and put a milder chilli in. Next time though.
