I had a pretty significant life change which caused a lot of stress and upheaval. I took a break and have no regrets about doing so. Currently I’m feeling a lot better about things and was considering starting again. I will start counting today and weigh myself tomorrow. It wouldn’t surprise me if I have put on weight.
Yeah if it includes walking, and going for a walk for 30 minutes is not something Rexxie dislikes, then ima change my answer to 5 days a week (if I can).
I’ve not done great either. I’m still down about 10 pounds, but I had lost quite a bit which means I’ve been gaining consistently for a while now despite repeated attempts to get after it. Even worse, I’ve been working from home 100% of the time so I have zero excuses for not tracking and not exercising. I’ve got past being angry at myself and I’m at the point of feeling a bit like a loser for continuously failing at this.
I’m starting again today, and plan to do my weigh-ins every Friday morning again. Hopefully we can help each other put in a few consistent months and get back on track.
A slight blip as my bf brought home a heavily reduced meat item that had to be eaten that day so my low calorie vegie option was moved to the next day and i’m now 200 over calories.
