Thanks! My protein has been low but I’m just concentrating on calories atm. Once I’ve been consistent for a couple of months I’ll worry about fine tuning it a bit more.

I was instructed by my podiatrist to stay off my feet as much as I can. She also said only very light KB workouts until my foot has healed. Will be very happy when that day arrives.
I’m stuck on 117.8. Half tempted to have a full on fibre day just to see some change. I mean I guess there’s nothing wrong with a 1.1 kg loss over 13 days but I thought I would lose a bit more.
I hear you! But 1.1kg over 13 days is indeed still a great result. Do things feel sustainable for you right now?
Well it probably sounds ridiculous to slim folk but 1600 calories feels like I have really cut back heaps. I can do it but I am slightly concerned about when I have to cut it back more. I’ll worry about that when I get there I guess.
When I was slim there is no chance I ate any less than 1800 calories probably more.
Yeah you might also find that you don’t need to go below 1600 because as your foot heals you will be able to move around more?
In any case its entirely possible that the loss is also more than 1.1kg and today was the high end of some sort of fluctuation. You could try maybe checking again in 3 days just to see if things moved a little more, and if not maybe try the fibre day? (btw, what is that? Fibrous veg only or something?)
I’ll definitely be getting more activity once my foot heals so hopefully that helps.
High fibre day=lots of veggies, pulses, fruit etc. I’ll weigh myself the next few days and see if it drops.
