By the way, that third track a rare example of a track where Havoc’s verse is miles better than Prodigy’s. It is not even close.
That one-copy-only Wu-Tang album Martin Shkreli owned for a while is going to be at the Museum of Old and New Art in Tasmania in June. They’re hosting small “private listening parties” which are allowed under the terms of ownership of the album. Tickets are on sale 9:30am my time tomorrow morning, I will be attempting to purchase some. I imagine it’ll sell out near instantly.
What are your expectations?
I wrote this one off on creative genesis alone.
Oh it’d be terrible I’m pretty sure. Still keen to check it out though. Tickets are free by the way. Terms of album ownership. Not allowed to commercially exploit it. Going to be tough to get my hands on any but I’ll give it a go.
Oh man, Breaker, Breaker takes me back, good find.
any luck?
New Eminem album dropping sometime in the next month. First single, Houdini, released today:
I love the song, and the video. His last album, Music To Be Murdered By, was absolutely fire start to finish. Maybe 1 or 2 songs weren’t bangers, but the rest was incredible. He was just so dialed in on lyrics and word play throughout the entire album.
It seems that the theme of this next album (The Death of Slim Shady) will harken back to beat styles and cadences from his earlier days. Less mile-a-minute lyrics and more old fashioned Slim Shady. I just cannot wait, have been listening to MTBMB practically every day and the more I listen to it, the more I think Eminem is peaking as an artist. My expectations for Death of Slim Shady are really high.
It was a random queue system. If id known id have fired up all the VMs i use for gambling. As it was i got position 2600 in the queue or something. Shockingly no tickets.
poor drake
