This is an authoritarian coup.
These deplorables hanging out in the black neighborhoods of Fort Worth is really appalling.
Once in a while the police chased them off but situations like this are going to inevitably lead to violence on Tuesday.
This is just more evidence we need to defund the police though as this is the sort of thing they should be managing and they don’t or they make it worse.
If police can’t figure out how to allow citizens to safely access the polls in an election their value is pretty much at the basement.

They can theoretically do whatever they want, including tossing out all the votes, not just the curbside votes.
Just depends on how far they want to push it. SCOTUS could decide tomorrow that only votes cast in person on Election Day count and there’s nothing really we could do about it.
I was recently involved in a case where the court said concerns about COVID weren’t a legitimate issue for a juror to be excused. This would have been for a very long trial with many different parties involved. So yeah, in Texas, it is totally possible for them to say that without giving a reason at all.
I talked to a guy who said that his son rented equipment to Trump’s campaign for a rally. He charged $2000 for something that is normally $300 and made sure to get paid in advance.

This. I mean obviously they can figure it out. If you don’t think they can figure it out in about 30 seconds, send a group of black people to a rural polling place and see how long it takes to arrest them all, beat most of them, and kill a couple.

I’ll say most important is PA >+7. Then FL>+4 and WI>+8. AZ doesn’t seem all that important anymore.

You think its bad now, wait and see what happens if biden actually wins. Trump will refuse to leave office and incite massive violence from the right. There’s no peaceful way in which the democrats get the presidency.
Those talking about the complete lack of merit of the legal arguments and such might want to think it through a bit.
