yeah, too many D senate candidates kinda went with “i don’t support court packing”, it would look weird. there’s other things schumer should do, like bring up circuits to 15, establish recusal rules and judicial term limits. scotus reform can happen after they have burned their legitimacy by going against popular opinion.

I said the US would be OK if the Dems win the Senate too and he agreed, but said the Senate is rigged down there, voted from Canada too.

Also I like how FedEx or ups did a full investigation in under 36 hours and pulled every single employee in for questioning and searched the plane and the truck and the warehouse .

i listened to a law podcast, they claimed noone like the state AG really needs to listen to a ruling on that. he can just count them and release the numbers. the onus will always be on the legislature to appoint electors on incorrect counts. scotus has no enforcement branch. it would take state troopers to act on someone else’s orders.
not even sure ballots can be destroyed legally. in WA state they are kept for like 10 years.

What a shame there is no other way to send documents from one part of the country to the other. Definitely not at fax news and if the package arrived they would’ve scanned it closely.
